YouTube star Austin Jones, popular with his cappella covers, admited not culpable to accusations of child pornography, his attorney said today.
The guy, who is now 26 years old, was indicted of using Facebook Messenger and Apple iMessage services to collect videos from girls aged 14 to 15, in which they showed their sexual organs when he was 24 years old.
On Friday, he admited culpable in a federal trial in Illinois in one episode of child pornography that could threaten him at least five years in prison.
The original criminal lawsuit against the guy was filed in 2017, and describes in detail how the blogger ostensibly forced several girls to transmit him a video about themselves, while recurring the details of their age on video.
These videos say that the girl’s sexual organs are naked.
Court documents prove that he confirmed that he spoke on the Internet with six girls, whose age is 14 or 15 years.
